Bunny Sutherland is legally required to advise that clients should consider services to be for entertainment purposes only, and no claims are made as to the effectiveness of psychic, intuitive, mediumship readings or energy healing work. Bunny Sutherland is not a medical or legal adviser, nor is she a certified physician. She is not responsible for determining whether or not a Client requires intervention by a licensed medical practitioner.

Bunny is not available or trained to assist with emergency or urgent physical health crises. If you are having a spiritual or psychological emergency, please call your nearest Health/Crisis Line or for physical emergency please call 911.

No statement by Bunny Sutherland should ever be taken by the Client as a recommendation to discontinue the use of medications prescribed by an appropriately licensed practitioner, nor should any statement be taken as a recommendation to make drastic changes to a Client’s personal life. Any third-party information or tools (such as books, articles, spiritual or religious curios) provided or suggested by Bunny Sutherland are educational in nature. It is up to the Client to use his or her own independent judgment in assessing or utilizing such information.

Event Legal Information:

Each person coming to a class or an event at or sponsored by Bunny Sutherland comes with the understanding and agreement that she/he takes full legal responsibility, and assumes complete liability for her/his actions, personal safety, and personal property during attendance. Photography, videotaping, and audio taping are expressly forbidden at classes and events at or coordinated by Bunny Sutherland, without the written permission of Bunny Sutherland.
No one under the age of 18 will be permitted to attend Bunny Sutherland’s classes, readings or events without an attending parent or guardian. Please inquire directly for requests regarding children attending classes, readings or events and when permitted children with their parents or guardians must remain in the care of said parents or guardians. People attending classes and events come with the understanding that there are a variety of personal opinions, spiritual paths, and belief systems welcomed, which may or may not reflect the opinions or beliefs of Bunny Sutherland.

People attending Bunny Sutherland’s classes, readings, energy healing and events come with the understanding that they agree to do so entirely at their own risk and that they indemnify and hold harmless/blameless Bunny Sutherland and staff, event organizers, people running the event, and the landowners in any claims relating to matters of personal injury, including death; as well as the loss or damage of personal property.

By choosing to attend Bunny Sutherland’s classes, readings, energy healings and events, it is understood that you accept full responsibility for any damages you might incur during your visit, or en route to or from the class or event, and waive all future rights to seek restoration or compensation from Bunny Sutherland and staff, event organizers, people running the event, or the landowners for any related claims.

People attending Bunny Sutherland’s classes, readings, energy healings and events attend with the understanding that they agree to abide by all provincial, federal, and local laws. They must understand that the event organizers and/or property owners have the right to remove from the event and property anyone whom they feel is threatening the safety of the attendees or the environment of peaceful community that we foster. They must further understand that in the event that they are expelled from the event, no refunds will be given.

All sales are final for classes, readings and events. No refunds will be given for these services.

By attending Bunny Sutherland’s classes, readings and events, you acknowledge that you have read the Terms of Use and the disclaimers contained therein and that you accept and agree to be bound by the terms thereof.

As these policies are publicly visible and available, it is understood that anyone attending Bunny Sutherland’s classes, readings and events does so with the acknowledgment that she/he has read the above waiver, understands its meaning and legal implications, and agrees fully to the terms and conditions stipulations herein.

We may amend these policies from time to time. Changes to these policies will be posted on our website. We encourage you to review our policies periodically, because by visiting our website you agree to accept any such changes.
